Compact Design 80 U: Manually Operated only

Each element is constructed from a self-supporting aluminium frame that is fitted on two sides with 12 mm heavy-duty chipboard – 720-E. These are fixed to the framework in such a way that they are acoustically suspended. The element is 80 mm thick. Each element is equipped with the desired internal soundproofing and a mechanism in the element channel that operates the extending aluminium rail, and floor sealing profiles by means of a separate operating handle. These pressure bars, which are equipped with double rubber seals, ensure optimal sound insulation between floor and ceiling. The vertical connections between the elements consist of tapered aluminium profiles with internal integrated rubber sealing flaps as well as polarised magnetic strips. These profiles also protect the sides of the element from damage. The visible part of these profiles is approx. 5 mm. The aluminium profiles have a natural anodised finish.

These are fixed to the framework in such a way that they are acoustically suspended. The element is 100 mm thick. Each element is equipped with the desired internal soundproofing and the Multi >< Electric system in the element channel that operates the extending aluminium rail and floor sealing profiles. These pressure bars, which are equipped with double rubber seals, ensure optimal sound insulation between floor and ceiling.
The vertical connections between the elements consist of tapered aluminium profiles with internal integrated rubber sealing flaps as well as polarised magnetic strips.

The special shape of this magnetic strip centres the elements. In addition these aluminium profiles are supplied with tongue and groove shaped PVC profile lips for optimal sound insulation. The aluminium profiles also protect the sides of the element from damage. The visible part of these profiles is approx. 5 mm. The aluminium profiles have a natural anodised finish. This type of wall is also available as hand operating.

Each element is equipped with the desired internal soundproofing in the element channel and the Multi >< Electric system with electro motors that operates the extending aluminium rail and floor sealing profiles. These pressure bars, which are equipped with double rubber seals, ensure optimal sound insulation between floor and ceiling. The vertical connections between the elements consist of tapered aluminium profiles with internal integrated rubber sealing flaps as well as polarised magnetic strips.
